HSE University’s Online Campus presents a new programme titled ‘Innovative Business Management’. The online master’s programme trains economics leaders of the future—creators and managers of businesses based on innovation and the latest scientific and technical achievements. The programme synthesises entrepreneurial and managerial competencies and is taught by leading experts, owners, and managers of innovative companies.

HSE University’s Online Campus is accepting applications for ‘Master of Finance’, an online programme taught in English at the HSE Banking Institute. The design of the online programme meets the needs not only of current students, but also of working professionals who want to expand their knowledge of financial strategies and learn how to increase their investments and diversify risks.

The application deadline for the HSE Banking Institute’s online, English-taught Master of Finance programme has been extended to September 20. The programme attracts students from Russia, Ukraine, China, South Korea, Serbia, Germany, the US, Kazakhstan, and others.

The application deadline for the English-language Master of Business Analytics programme has been extended until September 20th. Irina Ivashkovskaya, Professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Head of the School of Finance and Programme Academic Supervisor of the online Master of Business Analytics programme, spoke about why we should study current concepts and methods of business analysis in this era of new economic normality.

The admission campaign for the fully online Master of Finance programme is underway. The programme is affiliated with CFA Institute (USA), an international organisation that confers one of the most authoritative titles in the field of finance and investment: Chartered Financial Analyst. Kyung Se Park from Seoul, student of the online Master of Finance programme and co-founder of the LUOES Cosmetics Company, shared his learning experience with the HSE News Service.

Applications for the HSE University Master of Computer Vision, the only English-language online computer vision programme in Russia, are open until August 10. The programme has been developed by researchers of the Faculty of Informatics, Mathematics, and Computer Science at HSE University in Nizhny Novgorod together with researchers in the field of computer vision from leading companies in the industry: Huawei, Itseez3D, Intel, Harman, Xperience.ai, Sber, Newstream and Deelvin Solutions. Andrey Savchenko, Academic Supervisor of the programme and Professor at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies, told the HSE News Service about how teaching competencies in the field of computer vision changes our view of the world.

HSE University has held an Open Day of online bachelor's and master's programmes created by leading HSE scholars, business leaders, and key players in digital industry. Six of the 17 programmes are appearing in the online education market for the first time.

The new online Master of Data and Network Analytics (MDNA) programme on Coursera teaches students to analyze the massive amounts of data accumulated by people and machines. In a time of intensive economic digitalization, the master's programme aims to meet the challenges of the labour market and train highly qualified specialists in full-cycle data analysis. Valentina Kuskova, Academic Supervisor of the full-time and online programmes, Head of the International Laboratory for Applied Network Research, PhD at Indiana University, told HSE News Service about how the MDNA master's programme trains students to think in innovative ways.

HSE University’s online Master of Data Science programme trains specialists in contemporary data analysis, machine learning development, and research. The applications are accepted until July 19. Students of the programme hail from over 30 countries including Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, India, the USA, Canada, China, Japan, Germany, Great Britain, and Switzerland. Mehmet Namli (UAE) and Alexander Olekhnovich (Russia) spoke about how they decided to become part of the global data scientist community and shared their impressions of studying remotely at HSE University.
